Lobby Day is an opportunity for NAPABA members to educate members of Congress and Congressional staffers on issues of importance to the APA community.

NAPABA supports the introduction of the Korematsu-Takai Civil Protection Act by Senators Duckworth and Hirono. The legislation makes clear that the discriminatory detentions endorsed in Korematsu are prohibited.
